DESCRIPTION:*Deutsch weiter unten* \nSociocracy 3.0 in motion\nNot only in our modern society constructive cooperation is key. The attempt to structure these processes with rules and procedures unfortunately often leads to conflicts.\nA new approach is slowly spreading: innovative companies and alternative communities are practicing Sociocracy. \nSociocracy has more than 100 years of tradition and was developed as we know it in the 1970s in the Netherlands and is mainly used in companies. From Sociocracy\, among other things\, Holacracy has emerged and is now marketed costly and successfully in the business sector.\nArne Bollinger tells us about the latest development of the method: Sociocracy 3.0 (2015). Sociocracy 3.0 contains many developments from Holacracy and integrates them back to their roots. Influences from nonviolent communication are at the center of the method now and conflict prevention is thus preprogrammed. \nNicoletta Geiersbach has developed body exercises to convey the method in a new holistic learning format. The sociocracy experience of trust in process and group\, as well as collective intelligence\, is now deepened with movement units which allow a physical experience of a different attitude. \nSociocracy 3.0 offers a full box of methods that you can use as you need them: we will learn how to take decisions with consent (not consensus!)\, create roles\, choose people with collective intelligence\, work out proposals together\, create complex circular structures\, organize effective meetings and much more .. \nSociocracy has also proved to be an excellent method for intentional communities. Our training focuses on sociocracy 3.0 for the effective self-organization of communities\, schools and very diverse groups such as citizens‘ initiatives. \nThe seminar\, like sociocracy itself\, works a lot with creative participation and individual questions are very welcome. Our seminars are constantly evolving and we collect feedback every day to adapt to the current context. \nIn this 5 day course you will get a good basic understanding of sociocracy and the ability to apply and facilitate this methodology.
