Sociocracy 3.0 in motion

Not only in our modern society constructive cooperation is key. The attempt to structure these processes with rules and procedures unfortunately often leads to conflicts.
A new approach is slowly spreading: innovative companies and alternative communities are practicing Sociocracy.

Sociocracy has more than 100 years of tradition and was developed as we know it in the 1970s in the Netherlands and is mainly used in companies. From Sociocracy, among other things, Holacracy has emerged and is now marketed costly and successfully in the business sector.
Arne Bollinger tells us about the latest development of the method: Sociocracy 3.0 (2015). Sociocracy 3.0 contains many developments from Holacracy and integrates them back to their roots. Influences from nonviolent communication are at the center of the method now and conflict prevention is thus preprogrammed.

Nicoletta Geiersbach has developed body exercises to convey the method in a new holistic learning format. The sociocracy experience of trust in process and group, as well as collective intelligence, is now deepened with movement units which allow a physical experience of a different attitude.

Sociocracy 3.0 offers a full box of methods that you can use as you need them: we will learn how to take decisions with consent (not consensus!), create roles, choose people with collective intelligence, work out proposals together, create complex circular structures, organize effective meetings and much more ..

Sociocracy has also proved to be an excellent method for intentional communities. Our training focuses on sociocracy 3.0 for the effective self-organization of communities, schools and very diverse groups such as citizens‘ initiatives.

The seminar, like sociocracy itself, works a lot with creative participation and individual questions are very welcome. Our seminars are constantly evolving and we collect feedback every day to adapt to the current context.

In this 5 day course you will get a good basic understanding of sociocracy and the ability to apply and facilitate this methodology. If your fellowship or group wants to, after this seminar you will be able to take the first steps towards applying sociocracy with them.

Arne first learned about SCM (Classic Sociocracy 1.0) from James Priest and introduced it to the international network for communities https://ecobasa.org, as well as the coworking space Thinkfarm in Berlin for many years in the sociocracy introduction. He has followed the development of the S3 curiously and is enthusiastic about the innovations.
He has been traveling for 6 years through communities and ecovillages to learn the best and worst practice in self-organization and now he can say from experience that S3 is the best tool in the field that he encountered.
Since 3 years, he is a trainer and coach for Sociocracy 3.0.

Nicht nur in unserer modernen Gesellschaft ist konstruktive Zusammenarbeit von zentraler Bedeutung. Der Versuch das mit Regeln und Verfahrensweisen zu strukturieren führt leider trotzdem häufig zu Konflikten.
Ein neuer Ansatz findet langsam weite Verbreitung: vor allem innovative Unternehmen und alternative Gemeinschaften üben sich in SOZIOKRATIE.

Soziokratie hat über 100 Jahre Tradition und wurde sowie wir sie heute kennen in den 1970er Jahren in den Niederlanden entwickelt und wird vor allem in Unternehmen genutzt. Aus der Soziokratie ist auch die Holakratie hervorgegangen und wird mittlerweile teuer und erfolgreich im Businesskontext vermarktet.
Arne Bollinger erklärt uns die neueste Entwicklung der Methode: Soziokratie 3.0 (2015). Die Soziokratie 3.0 enthält viele Weiterentwicklungen aus der Holakratie und führt sie zurück zu ihren Wurzeln. Einflüsse aus der Gewaltfreien Kommuniktaion sind im Zentrum der Methode und Konfliktvermeidung ist damit vorprogrammiert.

Nicoletta Geiersbach hat sich dazu Körperübungen ausgedacht, um die Methode in einem neuen ganzheitlichen Lernformat zu vermitteln. Die Soziokratie-Erfahrung von Vertrauen in Prozess und Gruppe, sowie von kollektiver Intelligenz wird nun mit Bewegungseinheiten vertieft, die ein körperliches Erfahren und das Erleben einer anderen inneren Haltung möglich machen.

Die Soziokratie 3.0 bietet einen vollen Methodenkoffer aus dem man sich je nach Bedarf bediehnen kann: Entscheidungen im Konsent treffen (nicht Konsens!), Rollen kreieren, Menschen mit kollektiver Intelligenz wählen, Vorschläge gemeinsam ausarbeiten, komplexe Kreisstrukturen schaffen, effektive Meetings organisieren und vieles mehr..

Soziokratie hat sich auch außerhalb von Unternehmen als ausgezeichnete Methode für Gemeinschaften erwiesen. Unser Training hat den Fokus auf Soziokratie 3.0 für die effektive selbst-organisation von Gemeinschaften, Schulen und sehr diversen Gruppen, wie z.B. Bürgerinitiativen.

Das Seminar lebt wie die Soziokratie von kreativer Mitgestaltung und individuelle Fragen sind sehr willkommen. Unsere Seminare werden ständig weiterentwickelt und wir sammeln jeden Tag Feedback um uns auf den aktuellen Kontext einzustellen.

In diesem fünf tägigem Seminar wirst Du ein gutes Grundverständnis der Soziokratie bekommen und lernen diese Methodik selbst anzuwenden und anzuleiten. Wenn Deine Gemeinschaft oder Gruppe es möchte, wirst du nach diesem Seminar die ersten Schritte zur Soziokratie mit ihnen gehen können.

Arne hat erst SKM (klassische Soziokratie 1.0) von James Priest gelernt und diese bei dem internationalen Schenknetzwerk für Gemeinschaften https://ecobasa.org eingeführt, sowie den Coworking Space Thinkfarm in Berlin jahrelang bei der Soziokratie-Einführung begleitet. Er hat die Entwicklung der S3 neugierig verfolgt und ist begeistert von den Neuerungen.
Er reist seit 6 Jahren durch Gemeinschaften und Ökodörfer um die best- und worst practice in der Selbstorganisation zu lernen und kann aus Erfahrung sagen, das S3 in dem Bereich das Beste ist, was ihm begegnet ist.
